Happy Halloween everyone! Here’s a little treat for you:
I’ve uploaded two frightening (and highly requested) Friday the 13th clips to the Video Archives, click on the thumbnails below to download, but wait, if you are one of the few who still haven’t watched the film you should then go get it on DVD and scare yourself tonight!
I’ve also (at last!) uploaded The Crazies HD theatrical trailer #1 released earlier this month, it is available for download in terrifying 720p High Definition so be sure to get it as well if you haven’t done so.
Very exciting news! Danielle’s back on TV for a Grey’s Anatomy episode, more details here:
Danielle Panabaker, best known for her role as James Woods’ daughter on CBS’ Shark, is checking into Grey’s Anatomy next month. The actress will play a patient under the care of Cristina and Jackson in the Nov. 19 episode. “It’s a really sweet, heartbreaking story,” says a Grey’s insider.
In the same episode, The Wire’s Frankie Faison will appear as Bailey’s father, Bill.
Danielle’s sister, Kay, was also a guest star last season. We will be covering this project so check back for episode stills, previews and screen captures!
Not much has been going on lately so here’s some news about Danielle’s new film “The Crazies,” a new photo featuring her costar Radha Mitchell, this is the second official still so far. Let’s hope we get our first featuring Danielle very soon!
MTV.com has scored a look at the most recent pic from Overture’s upcoming remake of the George A. Romero ‘folks gone…well, uh…crazy’ flick The Crazies. If yer into seeing The Crazies star Radha Mitchell strapped down, well, you’re in luck, cause that’s what we have for you today!
The Crazies concerns the inhabitants of a small Iowa town beset by insanity and then death after a mysterious toxin contaminates their water supply. The film is directed by Breck Eisner and produced by Rob Cowan, and stars Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood, Hitman), Radha Mitchell (Pitch Black), Danielle Panabaker (this year’s Friday the 13th) and Joe Anderson. It hits theaters on February 26th, 2010.
Danielle Panabaker is one of Hollywood’s hot volunteers. I have updated the gallery with a couple of photos from the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s iParticipate campaign, which just started yesterday!
Danielle was pictured along House star Jennifer Morrison, both of them having a good time while helping out at the Los Angeles Food Bank. Click on the thumbnail to view the pictures in full size.
Premiere Picture, a film production company, has released a page for The Ward. It doesn’t feature a lot but we now have the first look at Danielle Panabaker as Sarah in this psychological thriller directed by John Carpenter.
Three new (apparently not official) posters have been added to the gallery, as well as the first still featuring a terrified Danielle. The pictures are really small though, we will hopefully get them in high resolution very soon.
Additionally a synopsis for the film has been released:
Kristen, early 20′s wakes to find herself bruised, cut, drugged and held against her will in a remote ward of Chamberlain Psychiatric Hospital… The other patients in the ward, four equally troubled girls, offer no answers and Kristen quickly realises things are not as they seem…
Amber Heard digs horror. Fact. And we love her all the more for it.
The All the Boys Love Mandy Lane star can be seen in The Stepfather, which hits theaters tomorrow, and she tells us she had a blast playing one of the undead in Zombieland. Up next, John Carpenter’s The Ward which she recently wrapped shooting and told us a bit about on the phone today.
“I think it’s awesome,” she enthused. “John is a legend and rightfully so. I love that I got to work with him.”
Heard co-stars alongside Danielle Panabaker and Jared Harris in what is Carpenter’s first feature film since Ghosts of Mars. “My character is arrested and thrown into an institution in the ’60s,” she explains of the supernatural thriller. “She meets all of these other characters and things start happening in the institution. You have to second-guess your main character, me, because she is in a mental institution. There are a lot of things that are coming in and out of the story and you don’t know what to think. It’s pretty intense. The film’s in post-production and it will hopefully honor the script, but it was fantastic and a thrilling story.”
I have updated the gallery with the first production still of Danielle Panabaker in Weakness, her new independent film premiering next year (clik on the thumbnail to view it). She’s featured along her co-star Bobby Cannavale, more stills of the movie can be found at the Official Site (none of them including Danielle though). To be honest I’m really excited about this film, let’s hope it gets a release date very soon!
You can find more info on Weakness and Danielle’s character here.
Visit the official site here.
The IMDB page of Renaissance Girl has finally been updated. Apparently the film is still in Pre-Production stage but it’s now aiming for a November 13, 2010 release date. No official word on this but if true this could be some great news!
The movie was supposed to be filmed back in 2008, but nothing new had been said ever since Danielle Panabaker joined the project.
Danielle Panabaker is nominated for Portrait Magazine’s 2009 “Top 30 Under 30” list, the poll has been up for over a month now, so click on the pic or go here and VOTE VOTE VOTE! (The poll closes November 22nd)
Thanks to Lace for letting us know!
Also, Tao Nightclub (Las Vegas) is toasting its fourth birthday this weekend, the restaurant and club will be packed with even more celebrities than normal. Danielle Panabaker is listed as a guest so check back for photos!
The Crazies HD theatrical trailer was released earlier today and can now be watched in full 1080p quality here! The official site has also come online (Visit TheCrazies-Movie.Com) as well as a viral site for the town in the movie (Ogden Marsh). The movie looks awesome, Danielle Panabaker isn’t featured that much in the trailer but her role seems to be one of the biggest, there are also some spoilers included so be careful!
HD Screencaptures of Danielle’s scenes have been added to the gallery. Enjoy!
