The Crazies Comic Books

When it comes to The Crazies, Overture isn’t screwing around. They’re working with Top Cow to release a four-part prequel told by writers Ivan Brandon, Josh Fialkov, Brian Reed and Marc Andreyko. They’ll hit stands in two installments. So on February 17 you can snag issues one and two and on the 24th you can score parts three and four. They’ll also be available as “motion comics” online. USA Today talks to some of the creators right here. You’ll also find two more covers at that spot.

The motion comics will be available beginning Feb. 23 from Double Barrel Motion Labs and Starz Digital Media. Here’s the promo:
