The Crazies Blu-Ray Screencaps

I have now added screencaptures of Danielle’s performance as Becca Darling in The Crazies!  In the film she plays Judy’s (Radha Mitchell) assistant at the medical clinic in a small town in Iowa, one of the four still sane residents that try to survive an apocaliptic situation when a virus that causes insanity followed by death is spread.

Even though Danielle’s appearance is rather small, she was great in her role. The movie itself is one of the best horror films I’ve seen in years. It isn’t perfect but it’s much better than most recent remakes, including Friday the 13th.

To access the screencaps click on any of the following thumbnails, but please proceed with caution, all of Danielle’s screentime is obviously spoiled. If you haven’t seen the film you should get the DVD!

    I think weakness may already be out! i cant watch it or even see if it is out yet because i do not have netflix but…

    just thought i would put that out there in case you want to check it out

    Hi ChelseaD1! I just checked Netflix and it isn’t available yet, movies are posted there before they get released just so you can save them and then get notified once they do =) Here’s the message I got:

    This movie has not been released on DVD. Future availability is not guaranteed.
    You can save Weakness and it will be added to your movie list automatically once it becomes available.

    Do I understand it right, that Weakness will be directly released to DVD?
    That would be bad for me, because the chance that such movies will also released here in Switzerland is always small…

    dieterbale, there’s no way to know yet. Weakness will most likely premiere at the festivals later this year, looking for good distribution. But small independent films like Weakness usually get limited theatrical releases followed by a DVD release. I’m hoping it won’t take as long as it did for Home of the Giants, that film had way too much trouble finding distribution.
