The Crazies DVD Bonus Features
By Fredy on July 31, 2010 | Filed in: Home Video Release, The Crazies | With No Comments »

As promissed, I’ve updated the gallery with screencaptures from The Crazies DVD special features. There are 4 featurettes, an audio commentary with director Breck Eisner, and a lot more included in both the Blu-Ray and DVD releases, so you should get your copy asap if you haven’t done so yet =)

My personal favorite is the behind the scenes featurette because it includes fragments of interviews with the main cast and crew. Danielle Panabaker appears in the following features:

  • Behind the Scenes with Director Breck Eisner
  • Paranormal Pandemics
  • Behind the Scenes Photogallery (Just one pic =/)
  • Easter Egg – Private Screening (Released online back in February)

Expect video clips from the film next month!

No Ward at Venice
By Fredy on July 30, 2010 | Filed in: The Ward | With 2 Comments »

The Venice International Film Festival has now announced its official line-up and unfortunately The Ward is not part of the films to premiere during the prestigious festival. Just to clear out any rumors.

To check out the films who did make it go here.

Hopefully, some official information regarding the film’s release date will be out soon.

Unlocking John Carpenter’s The Ward
By Fredy on July 25, 2010 | Filed in: Gallery Updates, The Ward, Video Updates | With 2 Comments »

I’ve updated the video archives with the ‘Unlocking The Ward (Aug 4th – Aug 8th)’ featurette. It’s a small behind-the-scenes clip from the first week of shooting. We can see Danielle Panabaker and the rest of the cast rehearsing their scenes, and there are a couple of bloopers included as well. You can tell the girls were having fun =)

You can now download the clip HERE.

And the gallery has also been updated with screencaptures:

New Gallery Layout!
By Fredy on July 25, 2010 | Filed in: Site Updates | With No Comments »

The gallery has a brand new theme! The previous one was up for over 7 months so it was time for a change. It has very light and positive colors to help you enjoy your browsing experience and it features a pic from Danielle’s C Magazine photshoot.

As usual it was designed for Mozilla Firefox, but all of the common web browsers support the theme very well, except for Internet Explorer which refuses to support a few features (mostly small things, it doesn’t look messy nor ugly)

I hope you all like it!

The Ward – Official Site
By Fredy on July 24, 2010 | Filed in: The Ward | With No Comments »

Only Sanity Can Keep You Alive! The official website for Danielle’s upcoming horror film The Ward is now online at TheWardMovie.Com and it looks amazing.

It features three video diaries, the first one released back in November 2009, the other two are completely new and the third one features lots of behind the scenes footage featuring Danielle Panabaker, co-star Amber Heard and the rest of the girls.

You should be careful though because the “synopsis” is actually a very detailed summary of the film, it basically spoils the whole movie so you probably shouldn’t read it.

There are also a few on location pics, but none of them featuring the girls.

We’ll keep you updated as more information is available, including the official release date. At this point October 28 seems more realistic, but we’ll see.

Portrait Magazine – 20 Most Beautiful Nominations
By Fredy on July 10, 2010 | Filed in: Magazine Alerts | With 2 Comments »

Last year Danielle Panabaker was one of the nominees of Portrait Magazine’s 2009 “Top 30 Under 30” list. Unfortunately she didn’t make it. Well it seems we have another shot this year. Here’s a message coming from Portrait Magazine:

Here at Portrait we’re planning our first ever issue dedicated entirely to beauty! We’ll be assembling a list of the most beautiful people in entertainment (and sport) and we want you to nominate (and ultimately rank) the people you think are the most beautiful. We’re not just talking physical beauty, we want you to rank on a whole range of topics such as…

  • Attitude
  • Style
  • Career Choices
  • Charity and Conservation involvement
  • Role Model status
  • Behaviour

The top fifty most nominated will compete in a poll at Portrait. Top twenty will feature in the first annual ’20 most beautiful’ article and the winner will cover the first ever Beauty issue.

So who’s your most beautiful – the easiest on the eyes, mind and heart?

So now you know, if you have some spare time go ahead and nominate Danielle =)

Renaissance Girl Pushed Back
By Fredy on July 7, 2010 | Filed in: Renaissance Girl | With No Comments »

The IMDB page of Renaissance Girl has been updated again.

The film is still in Pre-Production stage but the release date has been moved, this time to November 13, 2011. I’m asuming it’s only a tentative date.

At this point I’m beginning to doubt if this movie will ever get made =/

Renaissance Girl tells the story of an overly serious 18-year-old girl (Danielle Panabaker) who is forced to work at a Renaissance Faire in order to pay for college. The chaotic and playful nature of the Faire challenges the girl’s rigid ideas about life and love.

New Weakness Stills!
By Fredy on July 6, 2010 | Filed in: Gallery Updates, Weakness | With No Comments »

The gallery has now been updated with 7 new Weakness stills! The first one was released last October so it’s nice to finally get to see more pictures.

Weakness is an independent film focused on a suburban high school teacher who loses his wife and his moorings during a summer break. Written and directed by Michael Melamedoff, the movie stars Bobby Cannavale, Danielle Panabaker and June Diane Raphael.

No release date has been specified yet, but the film will most likely premiere during a film festival later this year. More information can be found here.
