A little late but here they are! I’ve updated the gallery with 746 HD screencaptures of Danielle’s performance as Carina Matthews in Chase.

The thing I loved the most about the episode was Danielle’s screentime! Her story was the main focus during the whole  episode. She looked gorgeous; her performance was good, but I couldn’t see her as a 16 year old… she was 16 when she was on Disney so I just couldn’t! Her final scene could have been more emotional too, a 16 year old wouldn’t react so calm after… Well, I won’t spoil (:

But overall it was a great episode, very enjoyable!

Btw, for all of those who didn’t notice: Carina’s boyfriend was actually Steven Strait (Danielle’s co-star in Sky High).

I haven’t been able to update the site as often as I usually do lately, so here’s the latest scoop on Danielle’s projects:

• Chase: Season 1, Episode 9 – Crazy Love – Danielle Panabaker will guest star TOMORROW, November 22nd! Be sure to catch it 10/9c on NBC. One episode still has been added to the gallery.
• The Shunning – Danielle Panabaker is currently filming Hallmark’s The Shunning, three new on location photos were added to the gallery. The movie is aiming for an April 30th, 2011 release date.
• The Ward – John Carpenter’s The Ward will be playing at the Torino Film Festival on November 28th. The film is set to be released in UK cinemas on January 21, 2011! US release date is yet to be announced.

BONUS: One new Friday the 13th still has been added to the gallery.

Danielle Panabaker will guest star in NBC’s Chase next monday November 22nd. Here’s the official description of the episode, titled “Crazy Love”:

Jackson Cooper (guest star Steven Strait) is a fugitive with a dark past who manipulates his teenage girlfriend (Danielle Panabaker) with promises of freedom from her father (guest star David Keith) and a life filled with romance and adventure. When his deadly rapsheet is revealed, Jackson flees with his underage victim, destroying anything and anyone that comes in his way. U.S. Marshal Annie Frost (Kelli Giddish) must confront her own family history to gain the trust of Jackson’s girlfriend, in order to track them down before it is too late. Also starring: Cole Hauser (Jimmy Godfrey) , Jesse Metcalfe (Luke Watson ), Amaury Nolasco (Marco Martinez) and Daisy Ogbaa (Rose Rollins)

Here’s the first photo of Danielle Panabaker on the set of The Shunning on November 10, 2010!

It’s not the best picture ever but it’s great to see Danielle back on the set of a film in the lead role. Even though it is a TV movie, I’m confident it will get good promotion and do well enough to have a DVD release. After all, the movie’s based on the Beverly Lewis’ novel, which already has a fanbase of its own. Also, let’s not forget two of Danielle’s most notable projects are TV-oriented: Mom at Sixteen (2005) and Empire Falls (2005).

Btw, TooFab caught up with Kay Panabaker, and she had something to say about her big sis and best friend:

“I like it because I can always rely on her for advice on business, boys, friends, make-up and wardrobe choices. We’ve got each other for everything, which is great.”

The film is based on Beverly Lewis’ novel of the same name and will star Danielle Panabaker (Friday the 13th, The Crazies, Mr. Brooks) and Sherry Stringfeld (ER). The Michael Landon Jr. helmed film will be executive produced by Landon, Brian Bird, Maura Dunbar and Cindy Bond in association with Believe Pictures and Lightworks Pictures. Production will begin in North Carolina on November 8th.

According to Deadline.com Danielle Panabaker is set to star in Hallmark’s Beverly Lewis’s The Shunning. Faith-based company Mission Pictures International will handle international sales, along with AFFIRM Films, a division of Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions.

The project stars Danielle Panabaker and Sherry Stringfeld. The Michael Landon Jr.-helmed film begins production this monday November 8 and is about a young woman discovering her identity while coming to peace with the faith of her parents.

Here’s the full synopsis:
